Many women are naturally innovative leaders. Yet the stressors of day-to-day leadership can lead to frustration and exhaustion.

Despite rapid advances in female leadership, many women continue to report a variety of challenges that are not addressed by traditional leadership programs, including fear of failed work life balance, incessant worrying, stifled voice, lack of confidence & self doubt. This can cause women to hold back from pursuing high-impact leadership roles, and can lead to burnout in all professions. Today, entry-level positions consist of 53% women, compared to 14% at the executive level. In the past 30 years, women’s levels of stress have gone up by 30%, and burnout is on the rise among those who steward the most critical future-looking initiatives.

Our Be the Change and Permission to Thrive women’s programs teach concrete leadership, strategy and resilience skills, while also building confidence and shedding light on self-defeating habits. Our programs also provide an opportunity for women leaders to connect with others in diverse organizations who face common challenges.
